Nathaniel is doing very well and on the whole I think our family is adjusting well to Nathaniel. He is now back up to birthweight (usually babies are given 2-3 weeks to catch up, and he was back at birthweight at day 9). Needless to say, he's a good nurser! :)
The girls are both excited about the baby and want to hold him. Tianna want to hold, rock and sing to him and points out body parts on him (though a bit force with her pointing). Naturally she can only hold him when she is on my lap and then I have my arms around holding him too. Kjersten will do about anything if it's related to her little brother and is/tries to be a good helper. She also loves to hold him and talk to him (holding only allowed with help and supervision) and I think feels that he should never be allowed to sleep!
