We were blessed to welcome a healthy, happy Nathaniel David Erickson into our home on friday, Feb. 23, 2007 at 6:30 PM. His measurments were 8 lbs even and 20 inches. We are so thankful the smooth delivery and NO health complications to speak of!
He had wonderful timing in his coming. Tianna's birthday was the day before, and a winter storm was expected for the rest of the weekend that is supposed to make unfavorable road conditions. In addition, Tianna has been fighting the flu andhad been sleeping poorly (and thus the rest of us too) except for the night before he was born. So far he seems to be both a good eater and sleeper and complains only for very good reason. He does have a powerful set of lungs when he wishes to use them though! :)

Our Valentine Kjersten turned 4 years old a week ago! It's hard to believe that it's been 4 years already since she was born. On her birthday we celebrated at her tumbling class by taking cup cakes and juice and then went to eat pancakes at IHOPs. It was fun for her to have her friends that she has made in her class present to celebrate with her.
Tianna's birthday is tomorrow- she will be turning two, and we are anxiously awaiting the arrival of our newest family member who was due a couple of days ago. So far I'm not too upset about the delay, partly because I hadn't really expected the baby to come before this. The sooner the better though! :) Will be updating our blog either after Tianna's birthday or after the baby comes, whichever is first.
